Refund and Exchange
We are happy to offer a store credit or exchange an item you’ve purchased from us if the item is faulty or damaged and you have contacted us within 14 days of receiving the order and provided photos and details of your concerns. Please do not dispose of the original item until we have spoken.
We do not offer refunds for a change of mind, so please purchase mindfully.
For all returns, we require a copy of your original order receipt as proof of purchase.
We currently only ship to a physical address in Australia. Orders for delivery outside of Australia are not accepted.
Orders are dispatched each Wednesday.
